- Skin must be adequately prepped on AVST levels 1 & 2 before commencing AVST level 3 to ensure skin can tolerate moderate to high vitamin A concentration in this formulation.
- Recommended using a minimum of 2 bottles of level 3 moisturiser before progressing to the next level of the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™ Vita-Antioxidant level AVST 4.

- After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning, apply one to two pumps of the Environ Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 3.
- Massage into the face and neck.
